Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.
Some of the same strokes are used as classic massage therapy, but the movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain in order to reach the sub-layer of muscles and the fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles).

Had my first massage here (ever) and it was amazing. When you walk in, they offer you lemonade, water, and tea. I suggest going for the lemonade. It's awesome! I got the Balinese massage. They go very slowly and you can always communicate with them and indicate your pressure preferences. The oil they use is very hot and aromatic. The staff is very friendly. The ambience is very nice. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be coming back.Saran Patil
This was my first time in the spa and Aroma Home Spa made it memorable. I took head and foot massage and it was superb. Felt very much relaxed and fresh after the service. Worth visiting.
